Style Muse Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (Terms) govern your use of the Style Muse mobile application and related services (the Service). By using Style Muse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Style Muse is a personal AI outfit analysis service operated by the app provider (we, us, or our).

2. Eligibility and Account Use

• You must comply with applicable laws when using the Service.
• The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
• If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must not share access in a way that harms the Service or other users.

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you upload.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload the content.
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze the content solely for providing the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass Service protections.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights.
• Interfere with system integrity, security, or availability.

5. AI Processing and Output Notice

Uploaded content may be processed by third-party AI and cloud providers acting on our behalf to generate analysis results.

Style recommendations and analysis outputs are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Style recommendations are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not professional advice.

6. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit parts of the Service at any time without prior notice.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

• Some features may require a paid subscription.
• Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the rules of the platform where you subscribed.
• We may update feature limits or plans over time.

8. Platform Terms (Apple and Android)

When you access the app through a platform store, platform terms also apply:

• Apple (iOS): Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) and applicable Apple Media Services terms apply.
• Android (Google Play): Google Play Terms of Service and related Google terms apply.

If there is a conflict between platform store terms and these Terms for platform-specific matters (such as store billing or distribution rules), the applicable platform terms will govern for those matters.

9. Privacy and Analytics

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Service uses third-party analytics and advertising-measurement providers (such as Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand how the app is used and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and app install campaigns. We do not use the device Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. For details on what is collected and how, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal/security risk, or misuse the Service.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an as is and as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, excluding conflict of law principles.

Courts of Istanbul, Turkey shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
